You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or do not fit; to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team as support@collectiwiz.com with your order number, photos of the damage or sizing issue, and a brief description—once approved, we will provide instructions for shipment, email you a free shipping label, inspect the returned item upon receipt, and issue a full refund to the original payment method within up to 5 business days (excluding any optional expedited shipping), or offer store credit at your request; returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any included accessories, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or are missing required components.
