Shipping Policies
Shipping and Handling: Many of our items are printed on-demand, which saves money and conserves resources, maximizing sustainability. As a result, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS or UPS, or via DHL for international orders, based on real-time shipping costs, and we do not ship on U.S. Holidays.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

United States: $6.00 per order, $2.00 per item
Canada: $8.00 per order, $2.00 per item
Europe: $7.00 per order, $2.00 per item
Australia and New Zealand: $9.00 per order, $2.00 per item
All Other Countries: $15.00 per order, $5.00 per item
Have a problem with your order? Please check out our FAQ and full Return Policy, and our Terms and Conditions. We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of your original order date, in cases where the item arrives damaged, or if an apparel item or accessory does not fit.
We do not offer returns on trading card treasure boxes, sealed trading card boxes, sealed trading card packs, or graded collectibles (e.g., PSA-graded trading cards, CGC-graded comic books). All sales on these item categories are final.
